M&H Valve and Tyler Union complete supervisory skills training

Betty Grogan, Group HR Director- McWane Corporate HR, conducted Supervisory Skills training for both M&H Valve and Tyler Union teams in March and April. A total of four sessions covering 38 team members attended these sessions in two batches. McWane Principles of Safety/ Environment, Trust, Teamwork, Communication, Leadership, Communication and Accountability were emphasized.
